- Account Usage
- Employees and admins must use accurate and authorized login credentials.
- Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
- Attendance and Tracking
- Attendance logs (punch-in/out) must be done personally by the employee.
- Live location tracking is only active during designated work hours and requires user permission.
- Unauthorized spoofing or disabling of location or attendance functions is strictly prohibited.
- Admin Access
- Admin users have access to attendance, tracking, and salary data of their employees.
- Admins must ensure proper use of sensitive information and must not misuse employee data.
- Payroll & Salary
- Salary calculations are based on the attendance data logged in the system.
- Staff Sync is not responsible for any discrepancies in payment between employers and employees.
- Data Privacy
All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes
constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
